Founded in 1980 with crystal clear objective of spreading the light of quality education among masses, Patna Central School has never looked back. Over the last 26 years, the institution has been cruising ahead from strength to strength adding new feathers to its cap.
Located in plush premises at New Bye Pass, the School got affiliation from CBSE up to + 2 level in 1993. Through consistent effort and painstaking endeavor, academic excellence has become the cornerstone of our institution. In addition to academic exuberance, the school puts equal stress on yoga, sports, subjective curricular, co-curricular activities, martial arts, and value education with a strong ethical edge to produce responsive and responsible citizens of future.
CAMPUSES:
The School has a sprawling campus of approximately 5 acres divided into three campuses namely the Academic bloc, the Administrative bloc and the Hostel bloc for boys that overlook the Kankarbagh Bye Pass catering to students from LKG to std. XII providing all the required amenities.
THE ACADEMIC BLOC houses the office of the Principal for keeping a vigilant eye on the on-going classes. Each classroom has adequate ventilation and lighting provisions. The building is being networked to provide easy access to the Hostel bloc and the Library. In addition to regular classrooms, the building has a language lab, science labs, computer labs, music room, dance room, staff rooms besides basic amenities for boys and girls. The building has a 400-seater multi functional auditorium with state of art digital projection facilities and hi-fi sound system for organizing audio-visual classes with the help of educational CDs.
THE ADMINISTRATIVE BLOC accommodates the offices of the Vice Principal, the Accounts Department, the Admission section, the Examination section, the Communication Center, the Cooperative Store, the Bank, the Canteen and the Reception.
The HOSTEL BLOC includes the offices of the Hostel Superintendent, the Warden, the Resident Doctor and the House Masters for smooth functioning of boarders' daily routine.
